To order online instantly (with our secure server), just click the  icon just below any item and the item will automatically be added to your shopping cart.  SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THESE PRICES - I will e-mail you shortly after receiving your order to finalize shipping prices and details (this applies to all orders, domestic and overseas).  To open your FREE Paypal account, click HERE and get $5 FREE in your PayPal account when you sign up! This is the safest, fastest and easiest way to order items from KISSROCKS.net.

2) MONEY ORDERS & PERSONAL CHECKS
If you are planning to send a money order or personal check, please E-MAIL me or fill out the CONTACT FORM before sending your payment to confirm the availability of any items featured on this website.  Money orders can ship almost immediately, while personal checks take 7-10 days to clear (please make everything out to "Jon Rubin").  Just click on the "E-mail" logo at the bottom of any page (or the e-mail link above) and let me know what you're interested in, with any questions you may have. I will usually respond to all inquiries within a day or two, and will work with you as much as possible to satisfy your needs as a KISS fan who demands quality and service!  Most items have images of the exact item for you to review, but if there's something you'd like to see that doesn't have a scan, I will do my best to provide those upon request.  If you are paying by check or money order, regardless of location, please E-MAIL me first about postage/s+h rates so I can give you the total price on your order and make it easier for you.   **U.S. cash transactions can be arranged for international customers as well.

3) POSTAGE AND SHIPPING/HANDLING
Postage and shipping/handling depends on what items are being sent and where they are going.  For your convenience, the Paypal Shopping Kart represents only the price of the item BEFORE shipping and handling charges.  This way I can e-mail you after the order is placed to arrange exact shipping fees and details (insurance, priority, international air shipping, overnight, etc.).  All domestic orders are always sent via Priority or First Class mail, and if you are ordering multiple items, you will save on postage.  For international orders, shipping rates may vary depending on what country you live in and the weight of the item(s) you order, but we will work to keep those costs low.

**Some people have asked "How come shipping charges aren't included in the Paypal checkout procedure?", and I apologize for that, but unfortunately it's just impossible.  The shipping rates vary on any item(s) depending on where it's being sent (especially overseas), not to mention that many people order multiple items at a time so the shipping charges accrue automatically for each item ordered (thus overcharging the postage).  So thank you in advance for your patience and understanding with having to often send a second payment for shipping and handling; I promise you it's easier (and cheaper) this way in the long run!**

4) LAYAWAY PLANS
Layaway plans are available for higher priced items or larger orders.  Just e-mail me what you're interested in and what your time frame is and we'll come up with a plan that works for both of us.   Layaways orders should be fully paid by 60 days after 1st payment is received, 90 days at the latest please.  Please note that any initial downpayments or 1st layaway payments WILL BE FORFEITED, regardless of amount, if for some reason I do not hear back from you after 6 months from the time of the 1st payment.  Severe exceptions (and your story better be a good one) will result in 50% store credit towards anything on the website, but never given as a cash refund.  Sorry about that.

5) SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!
If you are not happy with any item(s) for any reasons, simply E-MAIL me to let me know you are returning an order, and I will offer you full credit for the item or a cash refund...no questions asked, assuming the item(s) returned to me is in the same condition I sent it to you.  If anything I send to you arrives damaged, I will be happy to replace the item or your $$$ (provided you return the item), whichever is more feasible.  I pack everything EXTREMELY carefully, in an effort to ensure that anything you order will arrive in the condition in which it was described.

6) KISS TRADES
All of the items listed on this site are also available for trade, based on any KISS trade lists you can e-mail or send to me.  I am a die-hard KISS fan just like you, and I am always looking to improve and complete my own collection.  Trade suggestions are always encouraged, and if you are selling any items, I also buy collections large and small if the price is right.  In addition, if you are looking for something specific but can't find it here, chances are I can locate it for you...so get in touch with me and let's make a deal!

7) GIFT CERTIFICATES
KISSROCKS.net now offers gift certificates, for that special KISS fan in your life!  All you need to do is e-mail me the amount you'd like to give to a fellow fan, with their e-mail address and we'll set up payment.  Once payment is made, I will then contact the lucky recipient (or on the date you request it) and let them know they have a certain amount of $$ (courtesy of you) in "merchandise credit" towards anything on my site, not including shipping fees.  Paypal payments for gift certificates are subject to a small surcharge to cover the Paypal receiving fees, so I can offer the full amount of the gift to the person you're purchasing it for.   **EXTRA GIFT CERTIFICATE INCENTIVE: If a sale is currently running on kissrocks.net, you are entitled to receive that discount as well.  For example, during a 10% off special over $100, a $100 gift certificate would actually only cost you $90, a $150 gift certificate would be $135, etc.  Can't beat that!

8) WHY YOU CAN TRUST ME (the final and most important note of ordering from me!)
